.White Noise.
Suddenly there was no Bunny running across the television screen outwitting an angry man with height issues. No mouse orchestrating inanimate objects it choreographed marches. No Duck, Dog, Pig, Tasmanian Devil, Rooster, Coyote or Roadrunner.
No bombs, no Anvils, no trick tunnels, even the conglomerate juggernaut that sold all these illegal or illogical items seemed to have fallen from the world of business empires, at least, that's what most kids had assumed.
"Did Acme go out of business Mom?"
"Mommy's busy dear, go watch the T.V."
The trouble was there wasn't anything on the T.V.
Oh sure a few things here or there, but Saturday morning had lost some sort of pizazz.
It had all seemed to turn into some white noise.
Where had they all gone? Some wondered, not very hard, but a little.
Were they behind the Grey snow on the screen?
Those kids grew up into people, who don't have time for wondering anymore,
but if you just sit still for a second,
maybe you can find that place just behind where it used to be.
